About Lotik
It started with research.
Lotik came out of research into a set of problems that recur in almost every R&D collaboration: the difficulty of tracing intellectual contributions over years, the risk of sharing sensitive information with partners — competitors included — agreements that take months to update, intellectual property with no clear record of origin, and reports rebuilt by hand every cycle. The research behind Lotik began at the University of São Paulo, was validated with industry and presented at international forums.

Team
Post-doctorate from MIT, PhD and Master’s from the University of São Paulo, with ten books and more than fifty publications, including work on blockchain, and international recognition from IPMA, PMI and POMS. He served as a global executive director at PMI in the United States, where he created the advanced research program in artificial intelligence, and as managing director of technology at Accenture, leading the business transformation practice for Latin America. He is a research affiliate at MIT System Design and Management, where he researches R&D governance and management.
PhD from the University of São Paulo, Master’s in production engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos and production engineer from the State University of Maringá. Her research brings together project and product development management, technology roadmapping and blockchain technology — the technical foundation the platform was built on. She led the research that gave rise to Lotik and drove its transformation into a product, from first concept to pilots with institutional partners, representing the company at international technology transfer competitions.
The Lotik team brings together complementary expertise in innovation management, organizational transformation, software engineering, blockchain and artificial intelligence. This foundation is combined with proven experience in applied research, platform architecture and the leadership of highly complex collaborative R&D projects involving universities and research institutes, companies, government and funding agencies.
